Welcome to Yosemite High School!

Mission Statement: Our mission is to accept each student as a unique individual with specific needs and provide each student with the best possible education.

Academic Programs: YHS teachers design lessons and projects to meet the diverse needs of our students using a standards-based curriculum. In addition, YHS offers several CTE pathways:  Ag Welding, Media Arts, Residential and Construction Trades, Child Development, Energy and Power Technology, and Cosmetology. Students can earn certifications in First Aid/ CPR and AED, OSHA, and as a Recreational Drone Operator. 

Student Activities: From intramural sports teams to visual arts projects, our students have an array of extracurricular activities to choose from. Our clubs and organizations provide opportunities for leadership, creativity, and personal growth.

Accreditation: During the 2021-22 school year, Yosemite High School went through the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accreditation process. At that time, Yosemite was given a six-year accreditation with a mid-cycle review at three-years.
